Rose Sparkling

WINEMAKING
Maceration for 4-16 days. Traditional pumping-over extraction.
Fermentation starts with active dry yeast (Bayanus) at
temperature ranging between 18°C and 20°C (64°F-68°F). Wine
aged in stainless steel tanks with oak contact for 6 months.

TASTING NOTES
Young and fresh sparking wine with brilliant light pink color.  It has a fresh moscato aroma and taste.

FOOD PAIRING
Thanks to the low alcohol level, it is suitable for a refreshing break, for your aperitif an d for cocktail.
