Oltrepò Pavese – Lombardy, Italy
VARIETAL COMPOSITION
Croatina 40% – Barbera 40% – Uva Rara 20%
ALCOHOL CONTENT
Low; 6% in average.

TASTING NOTES
Intense red with purple highlights. Lively
purple bubbles. Delicate, alluring
bouquet with strong red fruits like dark
plums and black cherries and jammy
fruit notes. Slightly fizzy and with a
touch of sweet; it’s extremely pleasant
and easy to drink.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal with all type of desserts, but classic
with fruit or jam tarts and tea biscuits. Excellent
base wine for fruit Sangria. Also successful with
salami, Parmesan cheese, hot and spicy food or
barbecue.
